Christmas decorating & lighting FAQ
How much does professional Christmas light installation cost in Monmouth County?
Our lighting starts at $1,200 for a front roofline, $2,500 for full front rooflines with columns and trees, and $4,500 for full-property lighting. Every price includes the lights, installation, service calls, takedown and storage.
How much does Christmas stoop and front door decor cost?
Entry decor starts at $750 for a front door with garland, a lit wreath and two urns, $1,500 for a full stoop with railings and window wreaths, and $3,000 for a full estate entrance.
Can I get a custom package?
Yes. Custom packages start at $750 with no upper limit. Lighting is priced by the linear foot (from $6/ft), garland by the foot, and wreaths, urns and lanterns by the piece. We send a fixed quote within one business day.
Do you charge by the square foot?
No. Christmas lighting is priced by the linear foot of roofline, railing or tree you want lit, which is the industry standard. Decor is priced by the piece. That way you only pay for what you choose.
When do you install Christmas decorations?
Installs run from mid-November through early December. Fresh greens go up after November 14 so they stay green through New Year's. Each town has set install days, shown on its town page.
Do you take everything down after the holidays?
Yes. Takedown runs January 2–16 and is included in every package. We compost the fresh greens and store your lights for next year.
Do you use fresh or faux garland?
Your choice. Fresh Fraser fir smells and looks best through New Year's. Premium faux holds up better on exposed shore properties and can be reused. Many clients mix the two.
Do I need to be home for the install?
No. We need access to your front entry and an outdoor outlet. We send photos when the install is finished.
What if a light goes out or a wreath blows loose?
Text us. Service calls through December are included, and we usually fix it within 48 hours.
Which towns do you serve?
Rumson, Fair Haven, Little Silver, Red Bank, Middletown, Holmdel, Colts Neck, Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright, Atlantic Highlands, Shrewsbury, Oceanport, Tinton Falls, Deal, Allenhurst, Spring Lake, Sea Girt, Manasquan, Brielle, Wall and Marlboro. Ask about towns outside this list.
Do you decorate businesses?
Yes. We dress storefronts, restaurants, clubs and offices, priced by the size of the entry and facade.
