How lighting is priced
Christmas lighting is priced by the linear foot of roofline, railing or tree you want lit, not by square footage. Our lighting starts at $6 per linear foot with a $1,200 minimum. Most single-roofline front facades fall in our Roofline package; two-story colonials and shingle-style homes usually fit Estate Lighting.
Warm white only
We install warm-white lights only. They read as elegant rather than busy, match garland and lanterns, and look right on brick, stone and cedar.

Christmas Light Installation FAQ
How much does Christmas light installation cost in Monmouth County?
Our lighting starts at $1,200 for a front roofline (up to about 150 linear feet), $2,500 for full front rooflines with columns and trees, and $4,500 for full-property lighting. Custom lighting is $6 per linear foot and up.
Do you charge by the square foot?
No. Lighting is priced per linear foot of what you want lit, which is the industry standard.
Do I keep the lights?
We supply and store the lights. They come down in January and go back up next season if you rebook.
What if a light goes out?
Text us. Service calls through December are included and we usually fix it within 48 hours.
